- We take your magazine back issues in any supplied format – from hard copies to scanned PDFs – and prepare each magazine for archiving, applying image enhancement and text recognition where necessary.
- We create a central search index for your archive. Each issue is processed and added to the index, allowing for archive-wide search. Magazines are stored in the cloud and rendered in a web viewer – allowing them to be displayed online and on mobile.
- We work with you to integrate our search and viewer functionality into your site, in a way that works for you. If your website has a members’ area behind a login or paywall, we’ll typically be able to integrate our service within your existing website. Alternatively, we can discuss other ways of making the archive available to your members.
- We take care of support, maintenance, and adding new issues each month – so you can focus on serving your members.
